Landrover Gun Bus
 The Landrover Gun Bus is the smaller
of the Gun Buses but yet is popular due to the obvious reasons with the added
bonus being the ability to easily obtain Landrover spares and parts.
These vehicles were built for the
RAF as a fast response ambulance based on airfields around Britain. Thankfully they seldom had cause
to leave those airfields so are offered in truly ‘as new’ condition.
 Comfortable and easy to drive, they
come with interior lighting, extra heating, power steering, search lights and
nudge bars. They seat five adults down each side of the rear part of the body
which connects to the front driving compartment, making 12 seats in all.
There are many storage compartments,
some big enough to take guns and overhead netting for cartridge bags. The 127
chassis bearing a full length body built as an army ambulance provides a good
base for conversions.
